1. Who we are

founderfy.io is run by Juder AI LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Founderfy is a brand of Juder AI LLC. We are responsible for your information ("controller", in privacy-law terms: the company that decides how it's used).

2. What we collect

When you join the launch list at founderfy.io/launch, we collect:

• your first name and email address;
• the one-line business idea you typed on the homepage, if you typed one;
• your answers to the optional intake questions. For founders: stage, industry, who pays, what to build first, experience, budget range, time available and main blocker. For teams: team size, industry, need, timeline and a goal in your own words;
• the path you chose: founder, or AI consultancy for a team;
• your invite code and who invited you, if anyone;
• your place in the queue, the boosts you earned and used, and a log of your queue moves with the time of each;
• whether you confirmed your email, and the links we email you (we keep only a scrambled copy of each link, and they expire).

3. What we don't collect

• We don't store your IP address or device details in our database. Cloudflare, our host, processes IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising.
• Your browser's local storage keeps your sign-up token (so the page can show your spot), any invite code you arrived with, your light/dark choice, and an idea you haven't sent yet. Your name, email and answers stay on our server. Clearing your browser data removes what's on your device.

4. How we use it

• to run the launch list and your place in the queue;
• to confirm your email address;
• to send you a link to see your spot;
• to tell you when your batch opens;
• if you signed up for a team, to contact you about booking a call;
• to plan your first 30 days with Founderfy;
• to let our team know about new sign-ups;
• to improve Founderfy.

We only email you about Founderfy, and for now only about the launch list: confirming your email, links to your spot, and when your batch opens. We'll ask you separately before sending anything else, like newsletters or offers. Launch updates will include an unsubscribe link, and you can stop all emails any time by writing to [email protected].

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. We use two service providers:

• Cloudflare: hosting, our database and security.
• Resend: sending email (sign-up confirmation, "see your spot" links, launch updates).

They handle your information only to provide these services to us. We don't send your intake answers to any AI provider today. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Where it's processed

We're based in the United States, and your information is processed in the US. If you're outside the US, your information will be transferred there.

7. How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

8. Your choices and rights

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information. We answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm the request comes from your email address.

EU and UK: you also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your information, to get a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on your request to join the list (to provide the launch list), and on our legitimate interest in running and improving Founderfy.

California: you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We don't sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as California law defines those terms.

9. Children

Founderfy isn't for anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has signed up, email us and we'll delete their information.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date. If the change is important, we'll email people on the list first.
